A Special Meeting of City Council was held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 200 Craig Street, Duncan, BC at 5:00 p.m., July 15, 2002.
	Present: Mayor Michael Coleman; Councillors Phil Kent, Martin Lukaitis, Geoff Maxwell and Ken Newcomb. Absent With Prior Notice: Councillors Mike Caljouw and Sharon Sharon Jackson. Also Present: Paul Douville, City Administrator.
Duncan/North Cowichan Joint Utilities Lagoon Phosphorus Removal Loan Authorization Bylaw No. 1930, 2002	The City Administrator advised that there were no counter petition signatures received regarding the subject bylaw. Movd. Councillor P. Kent Secd. Councillor M. Lukaitis THAT the Duncan/North Cowichan Joint Utilities Lagoon Phosphorus Removal Loan Authorization Bylaw No. 1930, 2002 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted. Carried.
